Warded to Professor Slughorn

Hello Professor. I apologise if this is an inappropriate medium by which to ask you this, but I considered it poor taste to waste your office hours on something that you may consider trivial.

I am unsure if you are aware, but my Euphemia Prewett is intending upon enlisting in the intelligence division of the forces. I am concerned about whether or not her safety will be a priority in those two divisions for which she qualifies -- reconnaissance and curse-breaking. I think it would be considerably safer if she were able to work with translation or code-cracking, but as she is qualified for neither, I am facing a conundrum.

It occurred to me that it may be possible to teach her enough of German in the next month and a half to give her the opportunity to choose translation work, instead. The problem, Sir, is that it is obviously against school rules to have German texts in our possession. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about what we could do, Sir?

Thank you.

I have been informed you are accusing Euphemia of having an interest in muggle things. Considering you are the one in muggle tolerance and she is not, I hardly think that an appropriate or gentlemanly thing to say. I insist you cease.

Warded to Evander

I can be distracted, can I?

I think it is your turn to sit to the right tonight.

Warded to the Boy's Club, Walburga, Araminta

Good Merlin, as if things did not seem bizarre enough, apparently Augusta Prewett was caught reading muggle fashion magazines. There is something distinctly wrong with Gryffindor house.

I turned in our egg. I believe it was in fairly good condition.

Mar. 11th, 2010

I would appreciate someone explaining why Muggleborn students desire to fight Grindelwald at all. It isn't as if they've family to protect or they've been in the magical community aside from Hogwarts.

Mar. 5th, 2010

Is anyone really very startled that muggles are slaughtering each other in the millions.

Feb. 24th, 2010

Warded to Effie

I hope you are aware that Moody is an extremely unsubtle creature.

Feb. 19th, 2010

Warded to Tom

I'd like to speak with you when you have a free moment.

Feb. 18th, 2010

Warded to Master Blenkinsop

Sir, I apologise for leaving workstudy before my shift was complete. I have been feeling unwell. If there is some other time I can compensate for my inconsideration, please inform me, or I can report to Master Pringle for detention.

Warded to Effie

I tire of hearing about your dalliances with Alastor Moody. If he is so irresistible to you that I must hear about it from even your brother, I suggest you devote all of your time to him and not waste mine.

Feb. 15th, 2010

Warded to Effie

Can you come down to the common room for a minute, I have something for you.

Feb. 4th, 2010

Xenia, thank you for the cheering up, it was desperately needed.

Feb. 3rd, 2010

Warded to Euphemia

I recall that we had a brief conversation related to your contact with Alastor Moody.

One would think Grindelwald had given up on bombs and sent German spies to spread gossip with all the chaos ensuing. What that says about Mr Moody, we can only guess.

Warded to Euphemia

Euphemia do you have any plans for this Saturday? I have no desire to impose myself upon you ladies if you intend to enjoy yourselves, and as I will be busy with a task, my time with you will otherwise be limited.

Jan. 13th, 2010

Dagworth-Granger, stay the hell away from my sister.

Jan. 4th, 2010

Warded to Olive Hornby

People need to discuss something that is not my business. Our usual arrangement.

Burning branches of synaptic fire surf the serotonin swells while the dark heart is dawning and cuts the wound that nothing quells. Impotent in your hatred, I've been cut, but never bled. Though your dark heart is dawning, this child can see a light ahead.
